→ The Tipografia F.lli Portoghese project was developed in Graphic design course directed by Leonardo Sonnoli at Isia Urbino. The book was born as a tool of investigation and research in the Alta Murgia area. The purpose is to reconstruct the memory and the identity of the place starting from an archive. The project started after vision, analysis and documentation of much of the material we found in the Museum of Typography Art and the Municipal Library of Altamura. This "no archive" has become such through the creation of a book, which show a good part of the Fratelli Portoghese activity throughout the twentieth century, dividing the materials into categories and indexing contents.
